HYDRAULIC CYLINDER Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: hydraulic presses. SUBSTANCE: cylinder contains housing with flange, flexible member, and facility for preventing extrusion of the flexible member through clearances. The housing is secured to the fixed support. The flexible member is placed in the closed space between external surface of the flange and internal surface of the fixed support. The cylinder is provided with yoke made of two П-shaped rings conjugated by their sides. The yoke is mounted between the flange and the fixed support. The flexible member is placed in the yoke body and the internal ring of the yoke has easily deformable walls which prevent extrusion of the flexible member through the clearances.
