FIELD: sealing devices. SUBSTANCE: seal is mounted in wedge-shaped opening between surfaces of housing to sealed-up and part enclosed in it. Seal includes main circular sealing member, intermediate circular sealing member and hold- down member acting on main sealing member. Main sealing member is made from metal possessing high creep resistance; intermediate sealing member is made from metal at low creep resistance which is collapsible under action of tension force and temperature. Main sealing member is made in form of torus or part of it; intermediate sealing member is made in form of collar or cone-shaped circular plates embracing the torus surface and taking position between main sealing member and surface being sealed.
