SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes measuring cell provided with device for detecting temperature, agitating device and resistance pickup. Apparatus also includes electric current intensity meter, voltage source and converter of electric current value to percentage value of phospholipin content in oil. Resistance pickup through electric current meter is connected with voltage source; electric current intensity meter is connected with converter of current intensity to percentage value of phospholipin content in oil.
