LINE FOR PRODUCING HYDRATED OIL AND PLANT PHOSPHOLIPIDS Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

Abstract RU 2194747 C1

FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: line has mixer, apparatus for magnetic treatment of oil mixture and hydrating agent, coagulator- exposer, settler, magnetic treatment apparatus and drying apparatus for hydrated oil, magnetic treatment apparatus and drying unit for plant phospholipids, and is further equipped with device for sensing phospholipid emulsion level in hopper, hydrating agent flow rate meter, driven locking-controllable valves mounted at outlet end of settler hopper for collecting phospholipid emulsion and upstream of hydrating agent flow rate meter, electric conductivity sensors arranged upstream of mixer and downstream of output distributing device of settler, heat-exchanger for crude vegetable oil positioned upstream of mixer, crude vegetable oil temperature sensor, crude vegetable oil flow rate sensor and controller. Phospholipid emulsion level sensor, electric conductivity sensors, crude vegetable oil temperature sensor, hydrating agent flow rate sensor and driven locking-controllable valves are electrically connected through wires with controller. Line provides for stable production of hydrated oil and plant phospholipids by intensified processes in individual units due to close correlation between constructional characteristics of said units and effective process control. EFFECT: stabilized process and improved quality of ready products. 1 dwg, 2 tbl
