FIELD: fatand-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: fat-and-oil industry. Product consists of vegetable phospholipids, which are prepared by fourfold mixing of preheated starting edible vegetable phospholipids with organic solvent. Before the third mixing, solvent is supplemented by 5-10% (of the weight of phospholipids) of solution of mixture of citric and succinic acids in watered acetone, ratio of acids ranging from 1:1 to 3:1 and their summary content constituting 1-2.5% of the weight of phospholipids. Phases are further separated to produce solution of neutral lipids and phospholipids, which are dried. Product exhibits geroprophylactic properties high enough to include product into invalid and prophylactic foods for advanced-age and old persons with atherosclerosis, myocardial ischemia, hypertonic diseases, familial hyperlipidimias, diabetes mellitus, chronic hepatitis, fatty degeneration of liver, and cholelithiasis.
