SUBSTANCE: the intensity of luminous radiation is measured simultaneously in the section of superposition of spectral component φ, where kH-calibration factor. EFFECT: provided simultaneous measurement of the longitudinal magnetic field strength and the beam velocity only per exposition, which considerably weakens the action of atmospheric instabilities and reduces the time of observations. 2 dwg
