FIELD: transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of monitoring and control of vehicle, preventing of abnormal and emergency situations, preventing of unauthorized use of vehicles, including high-jacking and thefts. Proposed system contains standard electronic control modules and electronic modules of security-lo-jack subsystem, each being coupled with corresponding functional member of vehicle and with multiplexed bus. Said bus is connected with central control unit of security-lock-jack subsystem and with controller of local information network made for exchange of data with controller of external network. Controlled parameters readout unit is provided whose input is connected to multiplexed bus, and output, to first input of comparator unit, second input of which is connected to multiplexed bus, and output, to input of deviation recorder. Security-lo-jack subsystem includes user remote identification unit consisting of carry-on electronic identification mark and mark reader installed on vehicle. The latter is coupled with central control unit and with transmit-receive antenna made for inductive interaction with electronic identification mark. System includes also programmer-data reader made for exchange of data with electronic identification mark and with personal computer, and series-connected unit for forming electronic protocol of events, nonvolatile memory, unit for read out of electronic protocol of events, modulator and data transmission unit. First input of unit for forming electronic protocol of events is connected to output of comparator unit, and sensor input, to first additional output of controller of local information network. Second input of unit for reading electronic protocol of events is connected to second additional output of controller of local information network, and second output, to control input of nonvolatile memory. Output of data transmission unit is connected to transmit-receive antenna of mark reader. System is convenient and is of reasonable price and it can be used by individual and corporate users of vehicle control systems and it provides on line and reliable routine monitoring of condition of vehicle sets and units and behavior of driver, including revealing of attempts of high-jacking (theft) of vehicle and falsification of such events to get insurance payments.
