SUBSTANCE: inorganic composition for use in flameless food heaters includes sodium chloride, copper chloride, aluminium, and water in the following ratio of components, wt.%: sodium chloride – 7.0–15.4; copper chloride – 8.9–18.9; aluminium – 2.8–6.0; water – 59.8–81.0.
EFFECT: ensuring stable heating of food products through the use of accessible components that do not require long-term and complex technical training and increased duration of the heating effect of the heating element.
