SUBSTANCE: special vodka "Zimneye Kruzhevo" contains the following ingredients, l/1000 dal: aromatic alcohol prepared from 0.7 kg of juniperberry, 3.4-3.6; aromatic alcohol prepared from 0.2 kg of pine tree buds, 0.9-1.1; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 17.0-17.5; ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and corrected potable water, in terms of 40-% strength of blend. Special vodka has a slight tint of cubeb with citric tinge. EFFECT: broadened assortment of vodkas with higher organoleptical properties.
