FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns ophthalmology, namely to a plastic ophthalmosurgery and is intended for surgical treatment of a ptosis of an upper eyelid. Before operation the force necessary for raising of an eyelid on the necessary height by means of a dynamometre is measured. During the operation the distal part of the mobilised levator is stretched with the same force, as before operation. The size of a superfluous part of a levator is defined and exsected.
EFFECT: way provides receptions of adequate functional and cosmetic effect with probability depression hyper-or hypocorrections.
