SUBSTANCE: proposed device has housing with piston arranged inside it and connected with hydraulic pulse drive. Lateral surface of piston is provided with two side holes and rod has axial hole. EFFECT: possibility of increasing dispersivity of particle to 0.3 - 0.5 mkm, i. e. possibility of performing superfine homogenization of emulsion; avoidance of separation of emulsion into phases for extended period of time. 1 dwg
