FIELD: food industry; microbiological industry; other industries; devices for homogenization of emulsions.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the device for ultra-homogenization of emulsions and may be used in food industry, microbiological industry and other industries. The device contains a body made in the form of a not equal-arm U-shaped pipe. In the low arm of the pipe there are a piston and an inlet branch-pipe. In the higher arm there is a branch-pipe for withdrawal of the homogenized product. The piston makes reciprocating movements caused by the pneumatic generator of the shock actions. The technical result of the invention consists in intensification of the process of the emulsions dispersion.
EFFECT: the invention ensures intensification of the process of the emulsions dispersion.
