FIELD: machine engineering, particularly, metal cutting in grinding machine tools. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes chamber for mixing technological cutting fluid and gas; nozzle for supplying gas-liquid technological cutting fluid to working zone. In mixing chamber there is concentrator having body with openings for feeding technological cutting fluid and gas (carbon dioxide). Concentrator is in the form of piston joined with rod of hydraulic striker. The last generates predetermined-frequency hydraulic shocks for spraying through nozzle gas-liquid technological cutting fluid to working zone. At using tool with axially shifted cutting layer, nozzle is movably arranged by means of lateral pieces with hinges secured to bearing assemblies of tool by acute angle α relative to plane normal to rotation axis. Nozzle performs lengthwise-reciprocation motions synchronously with oscillation movements of cutting layer. Mixed cutting fluid leaves nozzle at high speed that is why temperature in cutting zone decreases at gas expansion for effectively cooling ground surface. Impulse stream of gas-liquid technological cutting fluid breaks through aerodynamic air flow. Rate of mixture contact with cutting profile of grinding disc is almost equal to cutting rate. It provides enhanced condition for creating protective carbonado-oxide film on binder and grains. EFFECT: enhanced strength of grinding tool. 2 cl, 4 dwg
