FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for dispersion of emulsions and suspensions and may find application in food, chemical and other industries. Device comprises body made of unequal-arm U-shaped pipe, with side nozzle of initial product entry installed at the end of one arm. In the other arm nozzle is installed for outlet of homogenised product at the same level of entry nozzle. Above outlet nozzle there is a closed cavity for air limited by processed product at one side, and by cover at the other side, which serves for provision of production motion during pressure disturbance distribution in it. System of pressure disturbance generation comprises flexible membrane, tight chamber, where discharger is placed, which is connected by means of high-voltage cable to electronic ignition coil, switcher and pulse oscillator.

EFFECT: provision of possibility to regulate particle size in dispersed phases of processed products and reduction of device structural dimensions.
