FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices meant for dispersion of emulsions and suspensions and may be used in food industry, chemical and other branches of industry. Device consists of body structure, flexible membrane, electro-impulse generator with electrode system in the form of central isolated positive electrode and cylindrical negative electrode. Body structure is of cone form tapering downward, which inner lateral surface is provided with taper thread. Membrane resembles form of body structure and is installed in slots of upper and lower covers at a distance about 1 mm between membrane and body structure. Outer surface of body structure is provided with tubes for product input and output.

EFFECT: disintegration of dispersed particles to size about 0,1 mcm with design simplification and structural dimensions reduction.
