FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has dry feed dosage device 1 and mixing chamber 9 defined by restrictive shields 10 and set of sprayers 2. Dry feed dosage device 1 is composed of horizontal cylindrical housing 3 incorporating drum 5 mounted for rotation around its own axis on shaft 4. Eight rectangular blades 6 fixed on shaft 4 are made from steel plates bent for 45-60 deg in direction opposite to the direction of rotation of drum 5. Discharge opening 7 of dry feed dosage device 1 is equipped with metal grid having round staggered openings. Mixing chamber is defined by restrictive shields mounted at two sides on housing 3 of dosage device 1. Liquid sprayers 2 attached to housing 3 are connected with pipeline 8. Hopper 11 with shutter 12 is positioned in upper part of housing 3 of dry feed dosage device 1. Shutter 12 serves for removal or restricting supplying of basic material. Shaft 4 is connected through coupling with reducer and electric engine. Pressure gage is mounted in pipeline 8 for controlling liquid pressure. Vessel for ready mixture is arranged beneath drum 5. Apparatus of such construction allows moistened feed to be delivered in continuous mode due to providing dry feed flow and liquid flow to be timely supplied. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved moistening quality and reduced consumption of power for dry feed dosage process by improved construction of mixing blades. 2 dwg
