FIELD: medicine, applicable in dermoplastic surgery. SUBSTANCE: the perforator has a base with through holes, plate with punches, pressing frame that is joined to the plate by threaded connections, and a lever. The frame is made integral with the lever and has edges. The edges project over the plate for prevention of a shift of the punches relative to the holes in the base. The punches are made with tapered ends for moving apart the tissue of the transplant without its dissection and located in a linear order. The base and the plate are interconnected by two hinge joints. The device provides for production of perforated autodermotransplants for plasty of hernial hilus and defects of aponeuroses.
