FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting exterior oblique muscle aponeurosis. Hernial sack is selected and dissected. Earlier introduced synthetic prosthesis is cut by 3.0-4.0 cm and the spermatic cord is laterally deflected. The defect is sutured in the prosthesis with internal inguinal ring being created. The cut abdominal oblique muscle aponeurosis edges are joined by suturing. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications. 2 dwg
