FIELD: medicine, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of detection of expression of cytokines in cells. Method involves the use of immunoenzymatic reaction in treatment of blood smears with 1% potassium bichromate, 0.03% hydrogen peroxide, monoclonal antibodies to cytokines, 0.3% Triton X-100, antispecies conjugate and 0.05% 3,3-diaminobenzidine tetrachloride an aqueous solution. Detection is performed by the presence of stained granules in mononuclear cells. Method provides estimation of severity of infection disease current and well-timed designation of pathogenetic therapy. EFFECT: improved method of detection, simplified method. 2 dwg
