FIELD: medicine, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with revealing the expression of capsular Hemophilus influenzae "b" antigen in body tissues. One should reveal ribosylribitolphosphate - Hemophilus influenzae "b" antigen due to modified indirect immunoperoxidase method in body tissue structures to be used in practical health care, evaluation of disease's severity degree and indication of pathogenetic therapy in due time. One should conduct indirect immunoperoxidase method, at the same time histological paraffin sections of biopsy and autopsy material are kept in 3 portions of xylene, per 15 min in each portion at 60 C, treated with 0.3%-Triton X-100, polyclonal rabbit's antibodies to ribosylribitolphosphate are applied, an antispecific HRP conjugate is washed and applied, incubated and dyed. Then microscopic survey is carried out and at availability of brown-colored granules both intercellularly and at cellular membrane the hemophil- induced infection is diagnosed.
