FIELD: light signaling affording reliable time division of crossing traffic flows. SUBSTANCE: light signal has body with protruding edge former and face panel mounting lenses of three colors: upper red, intermediate yellow, and lower green ones; each lens is provided with separate light source and shaped to form individual geometric figure. Light signal of first alternative has its red-colored lens shaped as horizontal rectangle in which ratio of smaller- to larger-side lengths ranges between 1:4 and 1:1.5; green-colored lens is shaped as isosceles triangle length of each of its two sides being greater than that of triangle base in proportion of 1.1 to 2; apex of angle between two sides is oriented towards permitted traffic. In second alternative red-colored lens is shaped as horizontal rectangle in which ratio of smaller- to larger-side lengths ranges between 1:4 and 1:1.5. Light signal of third alternative has its green- colored lens shaped as isosceles triangle length of each side being larger than that of base in proportion of 1.1 to 2; apex of angle between two sides is oriented towards permitted traffic.
