SUBSTANCE: geometric road traffic light contains a light aperture in the form of sections of three colours: red, yellow, and green, located vertically, while the outline of the red light signal has the form of a square, the outline of the green light signal has a form of a circle, and the outline of the yellow light signal has the form of a triangle and is located between the red and green light signals with a vertex directed towards the red light signal, equipped with a controller that has the technical ability to control the light aperture of the traffic light according to several algorithms, a device for the availability of parking spaces, designed to regulate the movement of vehicles at the entrance to the parking lot, connected to the traffic light controller via a cable, at the signals of which the controller selects an algorithm of operation, and a stationary control panel located at the location of the traffic light and connected to by a cable with a toggle switch for switching on or off the traffic light, a switch for switching on or off the device of availability in the parking lot, forced selection of the algorithm of the controller, a selection switch between the operation of the light aperture under the control of the controller or manual mode and toggle switches for manual control of the traffic light signals.

EFFECT: expanding the arsenal of technical means that contribute to improving the road safety.
