TOOTH AUTOGRAFTING TECHNIQUE IN TREATMENT OF DENTOALVEOLAR ANOMALIES WITH USING PREPARATION "LYTAR" Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61C8/00 A61C7/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to orthopaedic dentistry and can be used in treatment of dentoalveolar anomalies in children. Method of dentoalveolar anomalies treatment by orthodontic devices and surgical intervention consists application of a three-guided apparatus fixed on upper teeth and comprising Bertoni screw and orthodontic crowns connected by metal wire bars soldered to the screw. It is aombines with fixating a brace system on lower teeth with for cause extracting teeth to be interchanged. Their alveolar sockets are processed and widened a surgical bur. The bottoms of alveolar sockets are covered with synthetic collagen apatite material "LytAr". Extracted teeth are interchanges. Fixating the braces is followed with splinting said teeth with using a circular arch. Occlusion disconnection is ensured by pads made of glass-ionomer cement. Two months later the three-guided apparatus is removed and changed with a palatine clasp and a brace system on upper teeth.

EFFECT: improved quality of orthodontic dentoalveolar anomalies treatment in children by normalising the shape and size of dentitions.
