FIELD: space engineering; study of principles of energy and information interaction in natural and artificial media. SUBSTANCE: proper field of vector potential A is generated in information space system by means of superconducting means. Information space system is made in bases of dynamic large-sized space structure. Superconducting means are located on bearing structure in plane of rotation of large-sized space structure and are shaded by their peripheral solar shield. Reduced magnitudes of cosmological vector potential are obtained in experimental zones of information space system. Signal are received in remote space. EFFECT: possibility of performing experimental information exchange, obtaining data on energy and tractive characteristics of system and information of new properties of adjacent space and far-out space. 11 cl, 7 dwg
