SUBSTANCE: proper field of vector potential A is generated in information space system by means of superconducting means. Information space system is made in bases of dynamic large-sized space structure. Superconducting means are located on bearing structure in plane of rotation of large-sized space structure and are shaded by their peripheral solar shield. Reduced magnitudes of cosmological vector potential are obtained in experimental zones of information space system. Signal are received in remote space.
