FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying magnetic stimulation in spectacle or contact correction for achieving maximum achievable vision acuity for 1 week when looking into the distance. Artificial lens is implanted into the phakic eye and the second magnetic stimulation treatment course is administered in combination with direct laser and pattern stimulation of retina daily during 1-2 weeks making 1-1.5 h long pauses between the stimulation types. The magnetic stimulation is carried out by concurrently acting upon the areas of the same name like upper portion of the orbit, auriculo-temporal zone at the hiasm projection level, cortical visual analyzer projection zones on the occipital tubers with rotating pulsating magnetic fields of 0.25 Tesla units intensity which parameters are synchronized with carotid pulse wave frequency.
