FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Transcutaneous electrical stimulation of the retina and optic nerve and presentation of a black-and-white pattern are performed. Every day for 10 days, a course of treatment is carried out on a binocular optical complex. Meridional pattern-stimulation in the presence of meridional asymmetry or multifocal pattern-stimulation in its absence, corresponding to the maximally corrected visual acuity of the patient. In this case, the test objects in the form of a pattern are reduced during the 10-day treatment with an increase in visual acuity. The central element of the pattern is made in the form of a checkerboard with multifocal pattern stimulation and in the form of black and white stripes, located depending on the axis of astigmatism, with meridional pattern stimulation. The pattern is presented monocularly for 30 min for each eye. The patient observes the central element of the pattern and identifies squares in the case of a checkerboard or a strip in the case of meridional pattern stimulation. Also, transcutaneous electrical stimulation of the retina and optic nerve is carried out on the ESOFI-1 apparatus with the patient's eyes closed with a threshold of electrical sensitivity and lability of the optic nerve from 20 to 40 Hz and a current from 80 to 140 mA, which is fed through closed eyelids to the patient's interested eye for 1 minute, as well as photomagnetostimulation on the CMS-12 apparatus for 2 minutes in the projection of the orbit and for 2 minutes in the occipital region in the projection of the visual cortex. General illumination of the retina on the MBS-02 apparatus for 2 minutes and electrophoresis on the PoTok apparatus alternately for 1 day with riboflavin, 1 day with euphilin for 10 minutes. In total, one to seven courses of treatment are carried out, with a break of 2-3 months between courses.
EFFECT: invention allows treating refractive amblyopia, increasing the maximum corrected visual acuity.
