FIELD: oil and gas industry, exploitation of oil, oil and gas and gas condensate fields. SUBSTANCE: in agreement with first variant complex has power plant with electric generator and outlet for waste gas. It communicates with one production well as minimum. In addition power plant has gas or gas-turbine engine or gas diesel engine any of which can produce waste gases containing nitrogen and carbon dioxide. Shaft of electric generator is mechanically coupled to shaft of gas engine, or gas-turbine engine, or gas diesel engine. Outlet for waste gases of power plant communicates with inlet of injection unit. According to second variant power plant can communicate with one production well as minimum through separator. In the rest both variants are practically same. Complex is fitted with pump for injection of water which outlet communicates with more than one injection wells.
