FIELD: development of oil or gas-condensate deposits. SUBSTANCE: in the first version, power plant is communicated with producing wells for its supply with gaseous mixture from producing wells. In the second version, power plant is communicated with producing wells through separator for its supply with gaseous mixture from separator. The other operating and design features of the complex are similar in its both versions. Power plant has gas engine, or gas-turbine engine, or gas-diesel engine with combustion of incoming gaseous mixture in any of said engines. Shaft of any said engines is connected mechanically with shaft of electric generator. Power plant is made for producing in it of mixture containing incoming gaseous mixture, part of exhaust gases and air used in combustion as oxidizer. At least one plant exhaust gases outlet is communicated with at least its one plant inlet. At least one outlet of plant is communicated with at least one inlet of supercharger. At least one outlet of supercharger is communicated with at least one injection well. EFFECT: reduced power consumption in process of deposit development with increased production rate of wells and oil recovery in oil deposit development and increased amount of generated power and heat energy. 28 cl, 1 dwg
