FIELD: oil-gas producing industry; applicable in development of oil and gas- condensate deposits. SUBSTANCE: gas is separated from fluid supplied from producing wells. All gas or its part is burnt in power plant. In so doing, simultaneously produced are reagent injected into formation, electric power and heat energy. Reagent is cooled, compressed and injected into formation. In this case, temperature of reagent in cooling and after compression is set above temperature of hydrate formation. Water injected into formation may be pumped in, both simultaneously and alternating with regent. Reagent and water are heated with use of energy in power plant. EFFECT: reduced energy consumption in process, increased production rate and oil recovery. 12 cl, 1 dwg
