FIELD: development of oil and gas-condensate fields. SUBSTANCE: both versions of invention provide for withdrawal of fluid containing hydrocarbon through, at least, one producing well; separation of all gaseous mixture or its part from fluid; injection of gas through, at least, one injection well. All separated gaseous mixture or its part is burnt in power plant with use of air as oxidizer and production of effluent gases containing nitrogen and carbon dioxide. At least one part of effluent gases is compresses and subsequently used as gas for injection or as a part of injected gas. In the first version of offered method, air used as oxidizer and corresponding all separated gaseous mixture or its one part is mixed for formation of gas-air mixture which is compresses and ignited in course of compression of after compression. In the second version, air is used as oxidizer, and correspondingly all separated gaseous mixture or its part is compressed and then mixed to form gas-air mixture in course of ignition or before ignition of gas- air mixture. EFFECT: reduced power consumption with increased production rate of producing well and pool oil recovery with increased power generation. 44 cl, 1 dwg
