SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used in production of hydrocarbons, for example, from oil deposits, gas-oil deposits, oil and gas deposits, gas condensate deposits, oil and gas condensate deposits, gas deposits. Method comprises extracting fluid from deposit. Gas is separated from fluid. Gas separated from fluid is burnt in carbon dioxide power plant. Combustion is carried out using air as an oxidising agent and possibility of forming a compressed gas-air mixture containing gas separated from the fluid and used as an oxidant air before said combustion. At that, exhaust gases of carbon dioxide power plant are separated in carbon dioxide plant. This plant produces gas containing carbon dioxide to preset concentration and/or liquid containing carbon dioxide. Then, gas containing carbon dioxide and/or liquid containing carbon dioxide is pumped into the deposit. When separating exhaust gases of a power-generating plant, pressure of gas containing carbon dioxide and/or pressure of liquid containing carbon dioxide is set higher than 0.1 MPa. Then, gas containing carbon dioxide and/or liquid containing carbon dioxide is pumped into the deposit through at least one injection well and/or at least through one production well.

EFFECT: technical result is higher fluid recovery during development of hydrocarbon deposits and increased amount of generated energy.
