FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming thermally glued internal layer comprising fabric or knitted fabric containing synthetic yarns textured, for example, by means of air flow and glass fiber loops on upper surface of textile warp material adapted for applying polymer glue spots and on opposite lower surface of textile warp. Prior to applying polymer glue onto textile warp material, lower surface of material is processed by abrasive grinding or by piling process and upper surface is processed for reducing height of fiber loops, for example, through scorching or thermal treatment procedures by exposing it to heat radiation or thermal treatment through contact method. According to preferred embodiment, lower surface of textile warp material is initially processed through abrasive grinding process or other similar process, with following scorching of its upper surface.
