FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: heat-resistant lining material 1 comprises textile substrate 2, first thermomelting layer 5 which is applied onto one of side thereof 3 referred to as face side, and second thermomelting layer 7 with melting temperature higher than melting temperature of layer 5 applied onto opposite side 4 of textile substrate 2; in this case first layer 5 is applied onto face side 3 of textile substrate 2 by means of first device 9 of stenciling; second layer 7 is applied onto transfer roller 11 by means of second device 10 of stenciling; the resulting points 8 are transferred onto opposite side (4) of textile substrate 2, first layer being applied and second layer being transferred simultaneously so that points 6, 8 of both layers 5, 7 lie cross sectionally against each other. Also described thermoadhesive lining material prepared by said method. The resulting lining material withstands storage at ambient temperature, layers of this material kept in rolls do not stick to each other; there is no leak of thermomelting polymers of lining material through fabric, i.e. through textile substrate of lining material. EFFECT: improved properties of thermoadhesive lining material. 7 cl, 1 dwg
