FIELD: articles of personal use.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing thermoglutinous lining consists in application by means of frame for screen printing directly on surface of base, textile or nonwoven, of polymer dots, forming protective sublayer. Polymer, which forms sublayer, represents polymer, which is not stitched, but which can by stitched when irradiated with electrons. On sublayer, upper layer of thermoglutinous polymer, unable to stitch when irradiated with electrons, is applied. Polymer of upper layer has polymer structure, which is compatible with structure of sublayer polymer. Thermoptocessing of base is carried out in such way, that said thermoglutenous polymer is made to melt on protective sublayer. After thermoprocessing base of lining is subjected to irradiation with electrons in such way, that polymer of said sublayer is stitched.
EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of layers exfoliation and prevention of through penetration of polymer through base of lining into reinforced part of clothes.
