The composite comprises carbon pyrolysis resin and/or petroleum slime modified with reactive compound containing active hydrogen. The composite is prepared by mixing carbon pyrolysis resin and/or petroleum slime with reactive compound containing active hydrogen followed by isothermic exposition up to ceasing the process of gasification. Invention can be used for preparing protective compositions based on materials of fuel processing that are exploited under complex climatic conditions.
