CONNECTING-ROD TO THE DRIVING MECHANISM OF WORKING MEMBER OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering, agricultural machinery. SUBSTANCE: connecting-rod contains pipe, lower head and threaded bushing which are welded together to the ends of the pipe. The housing of the lower head receives flush-mounted bushing provided with internal end face surfaces of cylindrical grooves of the housing. The grooves receive rubber toroids. Pin is mounted to openings provided in the bushing and rubber toroids. Rear conical surfaces of the pin head and of the adjusting washer are made at an angle α to the end face surfaces of rubber toroids and form together angle 2α which corresponds to the angle 2α of the bushing. The connecting-rod has simple structure of articulate bearing and reliable cup packing in shape of toroids made from rubber material. EFFECT: simplified structure, enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 3 dwg
