FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has control mechanism and hollow body having articulated parts arranged at an angle to the longitudinal device body axis with two or more end surfaces for conjugating with axles. The axles are set in perpendicular to the conjugating end surfaces and have central canal and gears at their ends. Intermediate part of the body has eccentrically arranged rod having gears at their ends. The gears are engageable with axle gears of proximal and distal parts of the device body. Inclination angle of each end of the intermediate part is the same or varies with respect to the longitudinal axis. Control mechanism has two coaxial hollow cylinders in the proximal part of the device body. One of cylinders in the proximal part has handle for rotating or fixing the cylinders and eccentric rotation rod in distal part engageable with intermediate part of the device body.
