FIELD: food-processing industry and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has gas supplying main pipeline and vertical column, in lower part of which are mounted gas distributing device and gas jet sound generator for exciting pressure pulses in working gas flow. Gas jet sound generator has resonance chamber, nozzles and wedge. Resonance chamber has axially symmetric section. Gas supplying main pipeline axially aligned with resonance chamber has terminating part made in the form of slit annular nozzle directed sideways. Annular wedge is arranged on resonance chamber wall opposite slit nozzle. Lower end of resonance chamber may be closed with movable piston. Resonance chamber, slit nozzle and annular wedge may have round section. Slit annular nozzle is defined by flange formed on end cut of gas supplying main pipeline and disk fastened perpendicular to axis of symmetry of main pipeline. Wedge may be made in the form of removable ring and may be equipped with set of removable adjusting rings allowing wedge position to be adjusted in axial direction of resonance chamber. Resonance chamber of gas jet sound generator is coupled with gas distributing device through transition section made in the form of exponential or conical acoustic funnel. Apparatus may be used for processing cereals in fluidized bed during grain drying, ventilation, disinfection and separation procedures. Apparatus of such construction provides for homogeneous distribution of fluidized bed of dispersed material over the volume of column.
