An aqueous-spirituous solution is prepared from rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and drinking water purified in reverse osmotic unit. The prepared an aqueous-spirituous solution is passed through carbon layer for its purification. Aromatic alcohols are prepared by separate distillation of 0.1-0.3 kg of common balm and birch buds, respectively and an aqueous-spirituous solution with proof value 50%. Honey is dissolved in hot water, brought about to boiling, filtered and cooled followed by blending prepared aromatic alcohols with vodka in finishing tank, stirred and prepared honey solution is added in the process of stirring and then blend is filtered and bottled. Ready special vodka has the following ratio of components, kg per 1000 dal of vodka: honey, 5.5-6.5; birch buds aromatic alcohol, 0.9- 1.2; common balm aromatic alcohol, 0.9-1.2; an aqueous-spirituous solution, the balance.
