FIELD: chemical technology, particularly, methods of conduction of chemical reactions in supercritical media-fluids. SUBSTANCE: method is realized in reactor of closed type in which in conduction of chemical transformations of organic compounds in supercritical fluids, introduction of organic compound into volume of supercritical fluid being close to its critical parameters and withdrawal of reaction products together with supercritical fluid are carried out periodically. The second version of conduction of chemical reactions in supercritical fluids in reactor of closed type consists in that in conduction of reactions of hydration-dehydration and hydrolysis, density of supercritical fluid-water being close to its critical parameters is varied from 0.32 to 0.48 g/ml by additional introduction of water; that results in increase of reaction rate and change of its selectivity. Problem is solved by creation of local regular seals in supercritical fluid close to its critical parameters due to dissipation of mechanical energy by rotation of propeller of mixer.
