FIELD: orbital electromechanical systems. SUBSTANCE: system includes cylindrical and end stators and rotors mounted on rotary foundation. Rotors are in the form of small-height cylinders; each cylinder is provided with three short- circuited windings. First and second short-circuited windings are arranged on lower and upper faces of each small-height cylinder; third winding is arranged along cylinder generatrices. Each pair of stators is arranged in zone of one of three short-circuited windings. Invention allows to increase number of active zones and therefore to increase active moment at any operational mode. EFFECT: enhanced mass and size parameters of system drive. 2 dwg
