FIELD: metallurgy and mechanical engineering; oil industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel combustion devices with ring conical combustion chamber using recuperation of heat and secondary combustion and it can be used for recovery of oil wastes in metallurgy and mechanical engineering, elimination of spills of crude oil with mineral particles and reprocessing of other oil sludges, for instance, sediments in oil reservoirs. Proposed device has housing with recuperative heat exchanger including branch pipes to supply oxidizing air let out gaseous combustion products. Oxidizing air supply branch pipes communicate with atmosphere, and gaseous combustion products outlet branch pipes are in communication with free space of housing and with exhaust fan. Combustion chamber mounted in housing free space is formed by noncongruent walls tilted towards axis. Outer wall is formed by set of rings with diameters decreasing to top and installed with partial overlap and provided with clearances to let in oxidizing air and let out combustion products. Inner wall formed by set of different diameter disk plates of sizes diminishing from bottom to top with clearance to supply oxidizing are installed with peripheral ring clearance in base over ash and solid non- combustible remnants collecting hopper. Outer wall of combustion chamber is mated with fuel mixture charging hopper. Oxidizing air supply branch pipes are secured directly in clearances in both walls of combustion chamber. Disk plates are provided with axial holes forming in set a free conical open space communicating with combustion products outlet branch pipe.
