METHOD OF BURNING FUEL MIXTURE OF SOLID MATERIALS AND CONDENSED AGENTS Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: incinerating domestic wastes, mainly soil contaminated with oil products; elimination of failures in main product lines; utilization of technological sediments in mazut and oil storages. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes batch loading of fuel mixture from bin to gas-permeable combustion chamber formed by outer and inner walls mounted in base at peripheral circular clearance and inclined relative to axis; it is communicated with preheated air supply system; gaseous products are removed from combustion chamber through its outer wall to free space of coaxial recuperator where they are oxidized by air fed additionally; then, they are removed by means of exhaust ventilation heating air in double-pipe heat exchanger. Ash and solid incombustible component are directly discharged from combustion chamber through perforated circular clearance. Preheated air is fed to combustion chamber in oriented manner clearances in outer wall and clearances between plates forming inner wall. Combustion products are discharged through both gas-permeable walls in opposite directions to taper volume formed by inner wall; this volume is communicated with coaxial recuperator. Sawdust and/or wood waste may be preliminarily introduced in fuel mixture at ratio of 1:5. EFFECT: enhanced reliability; completeness of combustion; facilitated procedure. 2 cl, 2 dwg
