FIELD: battery testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: tester may include electrolytic (voltametric) cell connected in series with subsidiary cell. The last is in the form of miniature electrochemical power source. Electrolytic cell, possibly has no its own electromotive force; it may include anode, cathode of the same material, preferably of silver and electrolyte being in contact with part of anode and part of cathode. Tester may be connected in parallel with tested battery; it has so small thickness that may be integrated into battery label. When battery discharges anode of electrolytic cell is clarified in proportion with discharge of one of electrodes of main cell in order to provide continuous displaying of charging degree of main cell. EFFECT: continuous displaying of battery state. 10 cl, 9 dwg
