SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of manufacturing biocompatible energisation elements. Method of manufacturing biocompatible energisation elements includes obtaining a first film substrate, forming a cavity comprising active cathode chemicals, obtaining an anode film comprising anode chemicals, depositing a separator in a biocompatible energisation element through the cavity in the cathode gasket layer, the separator comprising a mixture of polymerised material mixed with inclusions of non-polymerisable material, immersing the substrate film with the deposited separator in a solvent, the solvent dissolving the inclusions of the non-polymerisable material and does not dissolve the polymer, where during dissolving of the inclusions of non-polymerizable material, voids are created in the separator, placing the cathode suspension in the cavity in the cathode gasket layer.

EFFECT: invention allows to create a durable shell for chemical components of energisation elements.
