FIELD: construction of underground part of building; applicable in increase of load-carrying capacity of foundations on natural bases with unsatisfactory state expressing in presence of cracks, separation of layers and cracking of foundation body. SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling of holes in foundation body and injection of cement mortar in it. Novelty consists in that trench excavation and hole drilling are carried out over entire length of foundation parallel to its foot. In this case, holes are reinforced by means of carcasses and injected with cement mortar. Holes are located so that boundaries of cementation zones come in contact with one another, foot and walls of foundation. Radius of cementation zones is determined by proposed relationship.
