FIELD: processes for making metallic parts with thin blade, possibly forming desired-size constructional openings in such parts. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing blank with technological cutouts arranged according to constructional openings of part and having predetermined size exceeding that of said openings; forming blank at reducing dimensions of technological cutouts until those of constructional openings; determining size of technological cutouts according to metal volume of blank necessary for forming it while reducing dimensions of technological cutouts until those of constructional openings; determining said volume by calculating position of boundary line of yielding metal of blank at its subsequent forging and by drawing field of lines of electric current. EFFECT: reduced labor and metal consumption. 1 dwg
