FIELD: processing of thermoplastic materials; applicable in industries using extrusion. SUBSTANCE: extruder has body accommodating screw conveyer with axial channel. Channel inlet is located at end of screw conveyer and outlet is between flights of screw conveyer. Extruder also has successively arranged loading, mixing, homogenizing, dosing and prematrix zones. Coaxially located in blind channel of screw conveyer are spring of large diameter, intermediate bushing coming in contact with spring of large diameter and accommodating spring of small diameter propping the plunger installed for axial motion. Channel outlet is located in homogenizing and dosing zones over length of one flight of screw conveyer and in the form of through inclined cylindrical holes. Hole axes intersect screw conveyer rotation axis. EFFECT: stabilized pressure in extruder prematrix zone with changing process parameters in the course of extruding of various initial raw materials. 4 dwg
