FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: additive has a powder-like content containing blood proteins of farm animals, including hemoglobin in amount of 30-80% from total mass of the additive. Hemoglobin contains iron in amount of 0.3-0.05% from mass of hemoglobin in the additive, histidine amino acid in amount of 9-4% from mass of hemoglobin in the additive. The additive contains practically a whole complex of proteins necessary for human organism in biologically highly available and easily assimilable form. It determines a high biological value of sweets and a pronounced medicinal effect at its administration. Proposed additive contains histidine amino acid in amount of 9-4% from mass of hemoglobin in the additive which promotes assimilability of iron from sweets and other elements of food. Administration of proposed sweets allows to restore natural mechanisms of absorption and assimilability of iron. Components are used in determined amounts.
