FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: sweets contain the following ingredients: sugar syrup, dry fat-free milk, coconut chips, salt, water, biologically active additive and sugar powder. The additive is creatine monohydrate introduced in fondant mass in the amount of 0.1-24 mas.%. As free forms of creatine are intermediate products of metabolism in skeletal musculature, proposed sweets are recommended when suffering from acute inflammation, local irritation and chronic state of inflammation (for example, arthritis); chronic cardiac insufficiency; treatment of diseases which cause muscular atrophy and neuromuscular disorders. Besides, system of creatine-phosphocreatine produces protective action on central nervous system when suffering from ischemia and in hypoxic state. All ingredients are taken in corresponding quantity. EFFECT: increased qualitative index and biological value of product; reduced sugar content. 6 cl, 1 tbl
